About Franklin

Franklin is a B2B fintech startup in the heart of Copenhagen, building virtual payment cards made for modern e-commerce businesses. Franklin was founded by Nikolaj Bomann Mertz, Johan Frølich and Peter Klit in 2023, and with first-class investors behind us the ambitions are high. Since we went live in May 2024 we have onboarded a long list of great e-commerce businesses, and now we are looking for our next sales star to find even more.

The role

As Business Developer you will work closely with our CCO and the rest of the commercial team. You will be the one opening doors and building relationships with new potential customers. It is a strong springboard into the startup world: you join an ambitious, growing company early, with real room to build a career.

What you will do

• Identify and qualify leads through outbound calls, in Danish.

• Research prospects to understand their needs and challenges.

• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified opportunities.

• Track and report on sales activity and results in HubSpot.

What you bring

• Experience with B2B phone sales.

• Strong communication, written and spoken.

• Exceptional work ethic, drive, and a goal-oriented mindset.

• A structured approach to sales and good data discipline.

• Bonus: experience with e-commerce and marketing.
