Uniconta integration
Every Franklin card transaction is matched to its receipt, categorised and VAT coded, then posted to Uniconta the moment you approve it.
What the integration does
Every Franklin card transaction is matched to its receipt, given a category and the right VAT code, and held for your approval. Once approved it lands in Uniconta as a finished entry with the document attached. Nothing posts before you or your bookkeeper says so.
Who it is for
Uniconta is where Danish businesses go when simple bookkeeping is no longer enough - inventory, production, projects and logistics in the same system. Built by the team behind Navision and C5, and sold through partners rather than self-serve.
How to connect
Open Settings in Franklin, go to Integrations and choose Uniconta.
Log in to Uniconta and approve the connection.
Choose your accounts: where card spend lands, and where cashback goes.
Approve a first entry to confirm it lands where you expect.
What gets synced
The transaction: date, amount, currency and merchant
The receipt or invoice, attached to the entry as a document
The category, mapped to your own chart of accounts
The VAT code, including the EU and non-EU distinction
Cashback, posted to the account you choose
Good to know
Accountant access is free, on every plan.
Every fetch, match and approval is logged, so the audit trail holds up under Bogføringsloven.
Your data stays in the EU and is never used to train models.
