Yuki integration
Every Franklin card transaction is matched to its receipt, categorised and VAT coded, then posted to Yuki the moment you approve it.
What the integration does
Every Franklin card transaction is matched to its receipt, given a category and the right VAT code, and held for your approval. Once approved it lands in Yuki as a finished entry with the document attached - which fits neatly with how Yuki already splits the work between you and your accountant. Marketing receipts from Meta, Google, TikTok and Pinterest are fetched automatically on the Essential plan.
About Yuki
More than 136,000 businesses in the Netherlands and Belgium use Yuki, and its whole design is built around one idea: the company and the accountant work in the same place. Now owned by Visma.
How to connect
About two minutes, and you only do it once. You will need admin access in both Franklin and Yuki.
Open Settings in Franklin, go to Integrations and choose Yuki.
Log in to Yuki when the window opens and approve the connection. Nothing to install, no API key to generate.
Pick your administration, then choose which ledger account card spend lands on and which account cashback goes to. Worth agreeing this one with your accountant.
Approve a first entry to confirm it lands where you expect. From then on it is one click.
Good to know
Accountant access is free, on every plan.
Every fetch, match and approval is logged, so the audit trail holds up.
Your data stays in the EU and is never used to train models.
Disconnecting is one click, and everything already posted stays in Yuki.
